Is there really no credit card required for the free trial?
Correct. You can apply for a DawaHQ account and use all features for 30 days with zero payment details required. Your hospital data is safe throughout.
What happens to my data if I don't subscribe after the trial?
Your data is securely retained for 30 days after your trial ends. You can export all patient records at any time. We never delete your data without notice.
Can I switch plans after I subscribe?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does "per location" mean?
For the Professional and Enterprise plans, pricing is per hospital location per month. A location is a distinct physical address where your hospital operates.
Does DawaHQ work without internet?
DawaHQ is a cloud-based platform and requires an internet connection. We recommend a stable broadband or mobile data connection. Offline mode is on our roadmap.
Is DawaHQ NDPR compliant?
Yes. DawaHQ is built to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and you retain full ownership of your data.
Can I add the Pharmacy Add-on to any plan?
Yes. The Pharmacy Add-on (₦10,000/month) can be added to Starter, Professional, or Enterprise plans at any time from your billing settings.
