Frequently asked questions
Does DawaHQ Oncology replace radiation oncology / linac systems?
No. Phase 1 covers medical oncology caseload, staging, chemo day-unit workflow, dual verification, documentation and day-care billing. Radiation/linac workflows are not claimed in this release.
What is dual verification in the chemo day unit?
Before a session can be marked administered, a distinct clinician must verify the planned doses. The same person cannot both verify and administer. The gate is enforced in software.
Are infusion chairs metered as a separate paid product?
No. Day-unit chairs are included with the Oncology Suite add-on. Clinics seed chairs and can add more in settings without a pay-per-chair SKU in Phase 1.
Does it submit to a national cancer registry?
No. Electronic cancer-registry submit is not part of Phase 1 and is not claimed. The suite keeps clinic-scoped oncology records with role and clinic isolation.
